How do I report a claim?

Are the Trauma and Legal Assist lines free? 
Both lines are free to OCSA program members. Remember to have your Policy Number handy when calling.

If I need a Certificate of Insurance, what do I do?
Send an email to jltcerts@jltcanada.com. Turn-around is usually within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can email us at OCSA@jltcanada.com or call +18002689189 for more help or information.

What are the options to pay my insurance premium?
You have two options:
  • Pay in full within 30 days of receiving your invoice
  • Set up monthly installments (please note that a finance charge will apply)

Can I add Abuse, Cyber or other coverages to my policy after renewal? 
You can amend your coverages throughout the year as required. Simply email OCSA@jltcanada.com or call +18002689189 to discuss further.
