    Complete an incident report: document all information that you know about the event, while the facts are still clear.

  2. STEP 2: CONTACT THE JLT CANADA CLAIMS MANAGEMENT CENTER
    At JLT Canada, our service extends to after hours and holidays to ensure that you have a guaranteed 24/7 claims solution whenever required. 

  3. STEP 3: DISCUSS YOUR CLAIM WITH YOUR CLAIMS ADVOCATE
    Our team of in-house claims advocates will stand up for you and fight for the best outcome. Our National Claims Center will contact you upon receipt of your claim to confirm it has been reported to your insurance provider and to discuss expected timelines for it to be resolved.
